WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
We provide fast and reliable shipping to all countries worldwide, and all orders include free standard shipping — no minimum purchase, no shipping fees.
1. In-stock Products (U.S. & Europe Warehouse)
Orders for in-stock dolls will be fulfilled from our United States or European warehouses, depending on your shipping location.

Important Note on Stock Availability:
We maintain continuous production and regular shipments by sea to replenish our U.S. and European warehouses. In the rare event that a product is temporarily out of stock at these warehouses, your order will be fulfilled directly from our factory in China via air freight. Since the factory always keeps pre-stocked inventory on hand, delivery times will remain the same, and you will not experience any delays.
2. Custom-made Dolls (Shipped from Factory)
If your order includes customized dolls (e.g., custom makeup, implanted hair, body options), it will be manufactured at our facility in China.

ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.

TAXES & DUTIES
We try to ship orders on a DDP/DHL/GLS/UPS (Delivery Duty Paid) basis whenever possible.
